Looking for a unique opportunity to grow creatively with a small business? We are seeking a full-time Office Manager / Assistant. This position is vital in keeping our office operations running smoothly and assisting the Creative Director in day-to-day activities. Responsibilities and Duties Answer phone calls and business emails Manage office calendar and file paperwork Keep facilities clean and orderly Purchase supplies and keep track of billing Create graphics for website, social media, print, etc. Assist in styling photos and website, moodboard generation and brainstorming inspo and themes Assist in production and formulation work (yes, you will be making cosmetics!) Assist in QC / product testing Support new projects/business ventures through research and outreach Support fulfillment operations during peak times Qualifications and Skills High attention to detail - perfectionists need apply! Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Have a good sense of style and color Independent, proactive and resourceful Positive, reliable and ethical Not afraid to get your hands dirty; you will be working with raw materials and it will be messy Mac proficient GSuite Proficient (Gmail Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.) Working knowledge of HTML is a PLUS, but not required Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Good working knowledge of social media - must be comfortable interacting with customers/followers on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong interest in nail polish, nail art or health/beauty Must be local and be able to travel to our office in Bushwick, Brooklyn Environment We are a small but growing company with a lot of opportunity for growth. We expect a team player that is willing to learn and wear many hats. Some weekend work is required and there will be times where the workload is high, especially during new product launches and around the holidays.
