How do I become a Rewards member?

Becoming a Rewards member is simple! All you need to do is create an account by clicking on the Rewards link at the top of our website and then follow the prompts. Alternatively when you create an account at checkout, you’re automatically entered into the program!

Please note: Wholesale partners are not permitted to participate in the retail Rewards program in performing activities directly related to the operations of the wholesale account registered with Cirque Colors.

I already have a Cirque Colors account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We took care of that for you! All current Cirque Colors customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our Rewards program. Please note that only one account may be used for our rewards program and we cannot combine points from one account to the other.

Rewards Points

How much are Rewards points worth?

  1. 100 pts = $10
  2. 200 pts = $20
  3. 300 pts = $30
  4. 400 pts = $40

Do Rewards Points ever expire?

Rewards points will expire after 12 months of Rewards account inactivity.

Do redemption coupons ever expire?

No, redemption coupon codes do not expire

How many points do I earn for each dollar that I spend?

Great question!  The number of points that you earn per dollar spent will depend on your current Rewards tier (details on how to determine which tier you are in can be found under the Tier Status section on this page). When you are signed into your account, click on the button that says ‘Rewards History’.  This button will prompt a pop-up window listing out all of the actions that you have taken to earn points and the points received for completing them. You can also see how many points you will earn on each product page!

Are there any items that I cannot earn points for when purchasing?

While almost everything on our website is fair game, Gift Cards are not included in the Rewards program and therefore no points will be earned on the purchase of them. All other items on our website are eligible to earn points when paid for with a traditional method of payment including a credit or debit card, or one of the third party payment systems listed at checkout.  Purchases made using the redemption of Gift Cards or Merchandise Credit will not earn points.

I should have earned points for a purchase, promotion, incentive etc. but I didn’t see my Rewards account balance change.  Is there a way to confirm that I did receive credit?

Yes!  You work hard to earn Polish points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account!  The first thing to note is that points do not reflect until an order has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, you should see your points! However there is always a possibility of a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account once fulfilled.  However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

  1. Try to refresh your browser.
  2. Try to log out and then back into your account.  
  3. Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account

If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our Customer Care team and they will look into the issue for you.

When do points begin accumulating in my account?

Right now!  Our rewards program is set up so that any purchases you make from today onward will count towards points in your Rewards account.  However, you don’t even need to make a purchase in order to begin accumulating points.  Check out our Rewards page to find out all of the ways that you can earn points by engaging with our brand and community. 

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No!  That’s the best part about being a Rewards member!  You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through periodic promotional incentives.

I forgot to sign in before placing my last order. Can I still earn points for my purchase?

We are unable to manually add points to accounts for previous purchases, so please be sure to always sign in to your account before placing an order so that you can earn your Rewards points on every purchase you make.

Redeeming points

How do I redeem my Rewards points?

Rewards Points can be redeemed at checkout or by logging into your rewards account and selecting the "Redeem Now" button. Once there, you will be able to redeem your points in $10 increments up to $40. Once finished, you will receive a redemption coupon code in the amount you have chosen to redeem and you can enter this at checkout.

You must have a minimum balance of 100 points each time you would like to make a redemption and points must be redeemed in increments of 100 ($10).

To utilize your points redeemed, your purchase need to reach a minimum subtotal of $60 before taxes. For instance, if your cart totals $55 before tax, you won't be able to use your redeemed code.

I have a coupon code that I would like to use for my purchase.  Can I use the code and also redeem my points in the same purchase?

Unfortunately not.  Polish points and discount codes can’t be used on the same purchase.  However, keep in mind that if you do choose to use a discount code for your purchase you will still get points for every dollar that you spend according to your tiered status, leaving you more points to redeem the next time you check out!

 Is there anything my points cannot be used on?

While almost everything on our site is fair game, we do have a couple of point redemption restrictions. Points cannot be applied to the cost of tax, shipping or purchasing gift cards. Unless otherwise stated on the product page.  Your cart will automatically exclude these items from the total redeemable points when you are checking out.

Tier Status

How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of?

When you are signed into your Rewards account, your home page will list all of the Rewards tiers. Your current tier, and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.

How will I know when I have reached a new tier?

When your total spend has crossed a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. You will also receive entry points!

Does my Rewards Tier Status ever expire?

Once you reach a tier status, you will remain at that status for a rolling year.  You can only move up in tier status throughout the course of the current year.  However, after one year in the tier, your tier status may decrease if you did not spend the amount necessary in the year prior to remain or advance from your previous tier.

Referrals

I received an error message when trying to refer friends through the email referral box on my Rewards account page.  What went wrong?

We are sorry to hear that.  There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.  The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.  The second scenario is that one of the friend emails that you entered is tied to someone that is already a customer of ours and therefore cannot receive the referral link.  To eliminate confusion over which of these two scenarios has occurred we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.  If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit.  Please contact our Customer Care team if you need further assistance.

I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points in my account for doing so. Is there something else I need to do?

Thank you so much for sharing your love of Cirque with your friends!  We really appreciate it.  Referred friends must be a first-time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral Rewards.  In addition, the referral must be initiated through our Rewards referral box on your personal Rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there. Points will be added to your account for referring a friend as soon as the referred friend completes their first purchase on our website.  When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that points have been added to your account.  You may also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for friend referrals.

What if I already follow you on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok or am currently a member of the Facebook VIP group?  Can I still receive points by completing that step?

Yes!  We love all of the ways that we are able to connect with you and want to make sure that you are in the know whenever we have a new product or promotion.  So, whether you are currently a follower on all of these platforms or you are looking to add some new ways to connect with us, we want to say ‘thank you’ by offering you points!  You can find all of the links to earn points by following us on these platforms through the Rewards page.  In order for you to make sure that you get credit for following us please make sure you have done the following:

  1. Sign in to your Cirque Colors Rewards account by clicking ‘sign in’ at the top of our website. If you don’t currently have an account with us, you can also set one up by clicking ‘sign in’ and filling out the ‘New Customers’ section.
  2. To speed up the process to get points, make sure that on the device you are using is already signed in to the social media platform that you would like to follow us on with the username and password that you have chosen for that platform.  Note: You do not need to have the same name, email, username, or password for the social media account you want to follow us on that you do for your Cirque Colors account.  The account will be linked through the login information that you provide or that is stored on your device. If you haven’t signed in to that platform prior to clicking on the link, there will be a window that pops up asking for your social media login information.  Once you have provided this information you will be redirected to the social media account that you have chosen to follow. 
  3. If you are already a follower of ours, the system will register that the two accounts (your Cirque Colors account and your social media account) are connected. You may then close the pop-up window and that step on the Rewards page will show ‘completed’. If you are a new follower, you will need to select ‘Follow’ for that platform prior to closing out of the pop-up window for points to be awarded.
  4. Continue these steps for all other platforms that you would like to earn points for following.

Please note that points for these actions may not immediately appear in your account and could take several minutes or hours to process.  It may also require you to refresh your Rewards account page.  However, if the ‘follow us’ step is showing as ‘completed’ you can be confident that you did everything correctly.  To be sure that they were added to your account you can also reference your ‘Rewards History’.

Canceled or Refunded Orders

Canceled orders that were bought with redemption coupons: Once canceled, your redemption coupon will automatically be reactivated for use.

Refunds: When a redemption coupon code is used on an order, the discount is distributed across all products. In the case of a refund, you will get cash back minus the discount.

Will I receive rewards points for purchases I made before creating my rewards account?

If you already had an account with us prior to the launch of our rewards program, you will receive polish points for the previous 30 days worth of purchases (March 14th, 2023 - April 14th, 2023). If you do not have a Cirque Colors account, you will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points! 

When do my rewards points expire?

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.

How long do I keep my tier status?

Once you are in Carpe Diem (bronze), La Dolce Vita (silver) or the Cloud Nine (gold) tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!  

I redeemed my points for a coupon code, but I didn’t use it. Can I have my points added back into my account?

Accidents happen! We would be more than happy to help, contact our Customer Care team in order to obtain your points back!

My coupon code disappeared and I can’t find it!

Not to worry! If you can’t locate your code, you can head over to your Rewards History and it should populate in your history there. If you still have difficulties, please reach out to our Customer Care Team and they can locate it for you.

I didn’t use my coupon code because I used a different code and couldn’t combine them. Can I use it at a later date?

Yes! Your code is still active and can be used any time you’d like at a later date.

Does my coupon code I redeemed with my points have an expiration date?

No! How exciting is that?! Your coupon code you redeemed with your points does not have an expiration date.

Is the free shipping that my tier qualifies me for automatically applied to my cart or do I need a coupon?

Isn’t free shipping the best!?  Good news, Cloud Nine members! You don’t need to do anything to make sure that your free shipping is applied to your order.  As long as you are signed in to your account your shipping will automatically be deducted from your order.

Miscellaneous

I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but I didn’t receive it?

Happy Birthday!  We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our Rewards program.  In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday in the Rewards program at least 30 days prior to your birthday.  If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration.  This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.  All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday.  If you register your birthday through your Rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, Rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.  Remember, Birthday Bonus points are determined by the Rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday.  If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your ‘Birthday Bonus’ and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact us via our Contact page and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I cancel my membership?

Before you go, we want to make sure you know that having an account with us has many benefits outside of earning Rewards.  By keeping your Cirque Colors account active, not only will you earn Rewards for every purchase but it will also allow you to view your order history, receive up to date order statuses, create and share wish lists, and store addresses for quicker checkouts.
