Paranormal Prom Queen is a limited edition glow-in-the-dark blushed rose nail polish topper that glows aqua in the dark.

Please note: To achieve an optimal glow-in-the-dark effect, this polish needs to be ‘charged’ with an external light source (such as sunlight or artificial light) for a few hours before it can properly glow. For best results, apply 2 coats over a light base color and due to the slight, grainy texture of the glow-in-the-dark pigment, we recommend adding 2 coats of our Looking Glass Top Coat for a smooth finish!
Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2 to 3 thin coats of nail polish color, 2 coats of Paranormal Prom Queen, then finish with top coat. Use in conjunction with our Get Ready Base Coat and Looking Glass Top Coat for the ultimate long-lasting manicure.
